How to get from Santiago Airport to Viña del Mar/Valparaíso
Arturo Merino Benítez International Airport (red dot in the figure on the left) is located on the outskirts of the capital (Santiago de Chile). The conference venue will be located in the cities of Valparaíso and Viña del Mar, which border each other to form a single large urban area. The distance from Santiago to Valparaíso is approximately 120 km. There are two main options for traveling from the airport to Viña del Mar or Valparaíso, as detailed below.
Option 1: Direct bus from the Airport to Viña del Mar

- Departure: Bus terminal located on the first level of the airport (international arrivals area).

2.1) Bus from Airport → to Pajaritos Terminal

Recomendations
- To plan ahead, check availability and schedules on each company’s website.
- Bring cash or a bank card authorized for purchases in Chile.
- Consider that the entire trip from the airport to Viña del Mar takes approximately 2.5 to 3 hours in total.
- If your flight arrives outside the direct bus schedule, the option via Pajaritos is the most convenient and most frequent.
- If you arrive late at night, check the last bus schedule before traveling.
